Member FAQs
- Fees: $25 account opening fee, $10 annual fee, $2.50 processing fee for payouts.
- A consignment term is 90 days and the price reduces 15% every 30 days.
- The Consignee will remit 40% of the selling price to the Member for items valued up to 100 Bermuda dollars, 50% for items valued between 100 and 500 Bermuda dollars and 60 % for items valued at 500 Bermuda dollars or more.
- Members are required to price their own items, however, occasionally we will amend based on market conditions and demand.
- Please ensure that all consigned items are seasonal and in good condition, folded or hung and unwrinkled.
- Members agree to any promotions or discounts to help promote their items and compete with other retailers.
- Once you’re ready to cash-out, send us an email or give us a call. Payouts are made on the 10th of each month ONLY at the request of the member. Account credit can also be used as store credit anytime.
- If your items are not sold within the 90 days we donate them to charity. High value items over $75 (at initial price) can be collected up to 5 days after expiration.
- Orange Bay Company Members get 15% off original and second tier ticket prices during their birthday month.

- For furniture consignments, save time and transportation costs by sending us a picture ahead of time to info@orangebaycompany.com to see if we can accept it into inventory and schedule a delivery time.
- We reject all knock-off brands because we respect the hard work and creativity of the makers.
